Shipping Costs & Procedures
We know shipping costs are a concern to our customers.  The Silver Petal strives to keep your shipping costs as low as
possible.    Shipping Charges are as follows:
$ 0.00 - $ 49.99  =  $ 5.00
$ 50.00 - and UP  =  FREE

Sterling Silver Jewelry and Gifts:   
Ships either UPS or USPS Priority Mail.  In stock items ships within 2-4 business days  (Allow 3-6 business days for
holiday season
).  For out of stock items an estimated delivery date will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days.
Shipping takes about 2-4 additional business days (
longer during the holiday season).

Custom Photo Bags:   
Usually ships within 4-6 weeks.  Your bag will ship directly from the designer via USPS Priority Mail and will be
shipped separately from the rest of your order.  

Note Petals Personalized Stationery:    
Ships USPS Priority Mail.  Usually ships within 6-10 business days and may be shipped separately from the rest of
your order.  

Kids Personalized Wall Art:   
Usually ships within 2-4 weeks. Ships USPS Priority Mail directly from the Artist and will be shipped separately
from the rest of your order.  

Monogrammed Bags and Night Lights:  Currently Unavailable.
Usually ships within 2-3 weeks.  Ships USPS Priority Mail and may be shipped separately from the rest of your
order.

Second Day & Next Day Shipping are available for all our products.  Please call or e-mail for details.

Presently we ship only in the continental United States.   We are
unable to ship to P. O. Boxes.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, The Silver Petal would be happy to accept a return or an exchange up to
14 days after you receive the item.  Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all
tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items,
personalized items and custom items are non-returnable. Please contact us within one week of receipt of a
non-returnable item to report any problems (see Repair Policy).  All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s).

In order to return a product, you must first obtain a return assignment number.  Please contact us at
returns@thesilverpetal.com for a number.  NO Returns will be accepted without this assigned number.
Repair Policy
If you receive an item you feel is damaged or defective or a mistake has been made on our part, please contact us within 14
days and we will work to quickly repair or replace the product.
