********1. When will my Photo Bag be shipped?
- Usually within 4-6 weeks. It will ship directly from the designer via USPS Priority Mail and
will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
2. Where do I send my photograph?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive information within 24 hours on how
to forward your photograph.
3. What are the requirements for my photograph?
It can be either color or black and white. It should be no smaller than a 4 x 6 and no larger
than a 8 x 10. (Photographs may be cropped to best fit your bag.)
4. Can I use a photograph taken by a professional photographer?
Sure. However, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the photographer to
duplicate the photo for use on a photo purse. Neither The Silver Petal nor the photo bag
designer will be held responsible for copyright infringement.
5. Will my photograph be returned?
Yes, it will be returned with your new photo bag. However, we recommend you send a
copy as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen photographs.
6. Can I use a digital picture?
Yes, it must be at least 300 dpi and in an image format (jpeg, bmp, etc.)
7. Can enhancements be made to my photographs?
Yes, color photographs can be changed into black and white or sepia for your photo bag.
